Marketing Manager - TP-LINK
Full Time – Permanent Role
The Role
Report to General Manager, TP-LINK Marketing, you will work across our portfolio of our key products and with cross-functional teams in sales and marketing. You will be expected to develop marketing strategies and tactics that best position TP-LINK while addressing each need and represent in front of key partners, social media, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy, segmentation, and targeting of marketing campaigns for TP-LINK and work closely with the sales team.
- Oversee development and implementation of marketing campaigns for the company ensuring they are effective and designed to support TP-LINK's business goals.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong ability in communications, writing, and learning.
- Be able to represent TP-LINK in front of media and other occasions.
- Build and execute efficient marketing strategy.
- Strong ability in covering all our marketing work including channel marketing, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Result-oriented leader for the marketing team and a team player.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience working in the IT industry.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of the WIFI market.
- Thorough understanding of current marketing strategies, digital platforms, and trends.
- Experience using market research and market data to develop marketing strategies and programs that address challenges and obstacles.
- Proactive, accountable, organized, and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills – able to work on multiple ongoing projects and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and well-structured presentations and deliver them verbally to internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
Academic Credentials
- University Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
- MBA is a plus.
