Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
- Utilize tools for scheduling and managing posts effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to enhance visual content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media strategies.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
