We are currently seeking a Parking Permit Office Clerk to join our team at Toronto Pearson International Airport on a temporary contract until September 2025. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employee parking needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient permit process for all stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:Process employee parking permit applications and revalidations accurately and on time
Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally within 24 hours
Support stakeholders with parking-related questions and discrepancies
Maintain updated records, tracking logs, and permit inventory
Distribute parking access based on availability
Assist the Accounts Receivable team with billing coordination
Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as assigned
Keep a well-organized and efficient workspace
2–3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office technologies
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)
