• Primarily responsible for receiving, generating and processing sales orders, preparing general correspondence and coordinating service needs.
• Primary contact for customer issues such as matters as pricing, scheduling and delivery.
• Use selling techniques to increase sales.
• Participate in physical inventory, general reports, special sales function, tradeshows, and reception duties as required.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary education a definite asset.
• 2+ years related Inside Sales experience.
• knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipe and fittings, fire protection and/or general plumbing.
• Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of the company's products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
