Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Ottawa, ON Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)Industry: Distribution / Supply Store / Inside Sales / Plumbing / IndustrialEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for receiving, generating and processing sales orders, preparing general correspondence and coordinating service needs.
- Primary contact for customer issues such as matters as pricing, scheduling and delivery.
- Use selling techniques to increase sales.
- Participate in physical inventory, general reports, special sales function, tradeshows, and reception duties as required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education a definite asset.
- 2+ years related Inside Sales experience.
- knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipe and fittings, fire protection and/or general plumbing.
- Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of the company's products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
