Auxiliary Campus Store Retail Assistant
On-call/As-required
Duties: This position provides support and assistance to the Campus Store Team during peak periods in the Campus Store. Peak periods are normally July to September and December to January. Duties include assisting customers in the store, cashiering, unpacking shipments, pricing, and stocking shelves. This position is also responsible for assisting with fulfillment of distance orders. Hours for this position are varied and may offer some flexibility.
Qualifications: Successful applicant will have graduated from high school, have retail experience, and have excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills. The successful applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable with long periods of standing.
As an employee of College of the Rockies, the successful candidate is expected to be a lifelong learner who continues to develop his/her skills to help the College meet the needs of our students and our other valued clients.
Successful candidates may be required to complete a Criminal Record Check.
Salary: CUPE Pay Level 2 $27.28 per hour (this includes 8% in lieu of benefits and vacation)
