A Quality Assurance Lead in Ontario's long-term care sector develops and manages a total quality management framework for the Ministry of Long-Term Care, ensuring consistent application of business processes, procedures, and outputs, and promoting high-quality standards. This role involves implementing continuous improvement practices, ensuring legal standards are met, and providing technical advice and guidance to team members.

- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and processes: Understanding of testing tools, techniques, and automation.
- Experience in team management and development: Ability to foster strong teams and coordinate resources.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to assess project status, make recommendations, and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in long-term care is an asset: Knowledge of the sector and its specific needs is valuable.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Membership or eligible for membership with Ontario College of Nurses
