As part of our dynamic HR Services team, we are seeking a HRCX Business Partner (Human Resources, Customer Experience Business Partner) to help bring our vision to life through a blend of strategic insight, program execution, and client partnership.

What You'll Do
As an HRCX Business Partner, you'll deliver client-facing consulting support while collaborating closely with internal teams across The Minery and HR Services. You'll play a key role in executing our growth strategy through:
CX Program Leadership
- Manage national quality and customer experience programs and drive dealership CX excellence.
- Organize and lead in-dealership Boot Camps to drive action and results.
- Develop insights and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
In-Dealership Consulting
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to meet OEM customer experience standards.
- Use data insights and direct coaching to elevate customer complaint resolution practices.
- Design and deliver training for frontline staff and managers.
- Lead self-assessments and action plans to achieve best-in-class benchmarks.
Fractional HR Support
- Serve as a trusted advisor for all things HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Handle employee issues with professionalism and care, including investigations and grievance resolution.
- Administer policies and benefits; manage and update digital employee handbooks.
- Conduct exit interviews, present HR KPIs, and lead manager education sessions.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Contribute to national HR implementations and organization-wide initiatives.
- Support the development of training programs and tools for performance management and leadership growth.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, CX program delivery, or automotive retail support.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, CX strategy, and team enablement.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort navigating client-facing environments and hybrid working models.
- A passion for customer experience, people development, and operational excellence.
Working Hours & Flexibility
You'll split your time between client sites (2–3 days/week), and your home office. At The Minery, we value responsiveness and flexibility—while core hours are the norm, occasional off-hours may be needed to meet client needs, with adjustments made accordingly.
