• Inventory Management: Source, procure, and price pre-owned vehicles to meet market demand. Ensure quality and compliance standards during reconditioning.
• Sales & Merchandising: Develop sales strategies, assist with marketing efforts, and optimize inventory presentation to maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with service and finance departments to enhance the customer experience. Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and prepare forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales management, vehicle acquisition, or wholesale operations in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership, inventory management, and market strategy expertise
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
