What You'll Do:
- Drive L&C technology strategy: define scope, gather requirements, and support UAT
- Act as a functional expert, promoting best practices adoption
- Assist with vendor and release management
- Identify and mitigate project risks for regulatory compliance
- Support workflow improvements and process optimization
- Collaborate on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
️ What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience in compliance systems: Code of Ethics, Financial Crimes/KYC, Regulatory Reporting, Control Room
- Background in regulated financial services environments
- Proficiency in SDLC, BRD/FRD development, and stakeholder facilitation
- Exposure to L&C technology platforms preferred
✨ Nice to Have:
- Experience in Asset Management
- Familiarity with tools like Global Relay, Bridgeway, MaxComply IQ-EQ for Communications Surveillance, Trade Surveillance, KYC/AML solutions
