What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead a crucial initiative centered on Intraday Liquidity, encompassing the design, analysis, and implementation of robust data processes and reporting solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to develop and enhance liquidity data models, covering ETL, metadata, business rules, and reporting.
- Engaging in hands-on data analysis and project testing across diverse platforms.
- Translating intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish performance metrics and streamline delivery processes.
- Proposing cost-effective strategies while upholding robust governance and solution quality standards.
- Maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
️ What You Bring:
You should ideally possess a degree or technical diploma (or equivalent experience) along with:
- Over 10 years of experience in business/data analysis, particularly within the capital markets domain.
- Profound expertise in trade messaging for various asset classes such as FX, Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
- Sound knowledge of payment workflows and protocols like SWIFT.
- Mastery in SQL and adeptness in handling data mappings across multiple systems.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and more.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, exuding clarity and confidence.
- A strategic mindset coupled with proactive, organized, and detail-oriented traits.
- Bonus: Extensive experience in risk management and project lifecycle management.
