Are you skilled in both business analysis and data engineering? We need someone who can document complex systems, derive valuable data insights, and facilitate real transformation through collaboration with stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Design, manage, and update documents like operating models and process maps
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for epic/story management
- Conduct detailed data analysis and enterprise reporting to bolster business strategies
- Transform business needs into data models, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with various teams in an Agile setting
️ What You Bring:
- Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst with exposure to data engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficient in Power BI, Python, and enterprise data modeling software
- Strong grasp of dimensional modeling and scalable data architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
