$66,000/annually and up, based on experience

Company Team Events

Specific responsibilities include:

Oversee daily yard checks and trailer check in's and visual inspection of trailer units.

Create trailer reservation; Open and closing of rentals and leases as required

Assist in opening, closing and updating work orders as required

Assist in updating equipment records with service and CVI info as required

Assist in communicating with customers on repairs and maintenance as required

Manage calls as received and forward to other departments as required

Qualifications:

Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry

1-2 years of supervisory experience

Intermediate computer skills

Strong customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills
