Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Estevan, SK
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Expected Hours: 40-70 per week

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and scope are aligned. You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects while applying Agile principles and using tools like Basecamp and Confluence to keep stakeholders informed and teams aligned.

• Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables

• Coordinate and manage all project phases and communications

• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics

• Ensure quality assurance and manage change controls

• Conduct regular stakeholder and team meetings

• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment

• Experience in project management (civil engineering experience an asset)

• Proficiency in project planning and Agile tools (Basecamp, Confluence)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

• Secondary School (required); post-secondary preferred

• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering or project-related fields (preferred)
