The Opportunity
VistaVu Solutions is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in moving qualified leads through the later phases of the customer journey. This role focuses on planning and executing high-impact webinars, on-site events, and integrated nurture campaigns that turn Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
In addition to owning event and webinar programs, youll also build and manage the supporting email campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up workflows that keep warm prospects engaged. Youll work closely with our sales and top-of-funnel marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of every touchpoint.

What will you be doing?
- Plan, execute, and optimize webinars, on-site events, and workshops designed to engage warm prospects and generate Level 2+ leads.
- Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and nurture sequences that support mid-to-late funnel conversion.
- Collaborate with the top-of-funnel marketing specialist to ensure leads are handed off and nurtured effectively through the pipeline.
- Partner with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor campaigns and event topics to align with prospect needs and readiness.
- Manage all event logistics, promotions, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Analyze campaign and event performance, report on key metrics (attendance, engagement, conversion rates), and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the budget for webinars, events, and related nurture programs, ensuring cost-effective use of marketing spend.
What experience do you need?
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management, including planning and executing webinars, workshops, or on-site client events.
- Proven experience with email marketing, landing page creation, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing team members.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) is an asset.
- Number and quality of Level 2 and Level 3 leads generated.
- Webinar/event attendance and engagement rates.
- Conversion rates from MQL to SAL.
- ROI for mid-funnel campaigns, including email and landing page performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $57,000$67,000 CAD annually, based on experience
