We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for an Account Executive CSR in Etobicoke, ON
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: Days 7:30 -8:00 am Start
Location: Lakeshore Blvd W and Browns Line
Rate: $25/hr
(This is an 18-20 Month contract for Maternity Leave coverage)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers and provide a quality customer experience by leveraging relationships, knowledge and experience.
- Manage existing and new accounts relationships, promote new products, and communicate pricing information
- Handle all customer requests promptly, managing customer orders from placement through shipment and billing.
- Monitor backorders and review production, scheduling and inventory - Complete Special Approval Request and Buying Agreements for pricing as necessary.
- Follow up proactively on quoted projects to assist in securing orders.
Requirements:
- A four (4) year college degree preferred, or a minimum of four (4) years' experience in customer account management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent telephone skills and Proficient use of data entry software's
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Must be able to work well with many types of people. Ability to build rapport and establish successful relationships with internal and external customers
