Technical Service Representative – Commercial Insurance
Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
About the Role
We are partnering with a respected family-owned brokerage with strong community roots to find a Technical Service Representative for their Commercial Auto team.
This hybrid role focuses on policy servicing, supporting renewals, endorsements, and new business, with a strong emphasis on IRCA and commercial auto experience. You will work closely with brokers and underwriters to ensure accuracy and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll support the servicing of commercial auto policies, with a strong focus on IRCA.
In addition to:

• Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Responding to broker and client inquiries related to coverage, billing, and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and service timelines within internal systems
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient policy servicing
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve administrative workflows

What You Bring

• 2+ of experience in commercial lines
• Strong understanding of commercial auto products and terminology
• Proficiency in insurance systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• RIBO license required
• Post-secondary education an asset
