Industrial & Commercial Projects | Full-Time, Permanent
Your mission: Be the backbone of each job site. You'll take charge of mixing reactive polymers on-site, operate material pumps for spray applications, and support general job site tasks such as surface prep, coating application, and cleanup.
Key Duties:
Prepare and operate mixing stations with precision.
Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment.
Follow daily work instructions from the Supervisor.
Maintain clean and safe work environments.
Your mission: Guide the team and ensure project goals are met with precision and efficiency. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to oversee site operations, track progress, and keep everything running smoothly.
Key Duties:
Ensure coatings are applied to spec and safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate resources and scheduling with Project Management.
Maintain accurate documentation: time punches, daily logs, safety reports, and product usage.
Lead the team to meet project goals on time and within scope.
Hands-on experience installing floor coatings.
Strong physical stamina and endurance.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
Attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel for projects and work flexible hours, including long shifts and weekends.
Bonus Assets:
Certifications in Working at Heights, Forklift Operation, Aerial Work Platforms, and Fit Testing.
