Job Description

As part of the MLSE VIP Experience and Hospitality team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the team on a day-to-day basis with a wide range of initiatives and have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across (7) Brands (TML, TR, TFC, ARGOS, LIVE, Marlies, Raps905) and (4) Different venues – (SBA, BMO, Bud Stage, CCC).

MLSE's Internship term dates are from September 8, 2025 – December 19, 2025

  • Support with strategic planning of experiences to support retention strategies, generate new revenue streams, and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Execute extensive research of VIP Hospitality, VIP engagement, innovative solutions, and best practices across leagues to inform future membership services and retention strategies.
  • Support data management initiatives to maintain data integrity on our VIP & Premium Membership bases.
  • Complete monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal departments to coordinate on court experiences.
  • Deliver an enhanced premium seating experience.
  • Perform daily multi-department needs in relation to VIP members, satisfaction, and account servicing
  • Provide assistance to high-profile customers in order to elevate their overall experience.
  • Keep the team aligned with important dates across all lines of business daily.
  • Adhere to all MLSE standards and policies.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma, or certificate in sports, events, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Available for TML, TR, TFC, ARGOS, Marlies, Raps905, and LIVE home games and special events, including evenings & weekends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be always a team player.
  • Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator who can clearly convey information.
  • Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is an asset
