We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to support the implementation of the new Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) solution across Ontario. This role involves the development and delivery of province-wide training programs for land ambulance dispatch centers, paramedic services, and other first responder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training material to both technical and non-technical users.

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions at multiple sites across the province, ensuring alignment with the PSRN solution roll-out.

• Create user documentation and training materials tailored to the public sector or healthcare sector, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

• Manage complex training schedules for a province-wide deployment, while collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Provide feedback and training evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending further support if necessary.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within public sector environments, land ambulance dispatch centers, or paramedic services.

• Proven expertise in delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Extensive experience in creating training materials and user documentation, particularly within the public sector or healthcare sector.

• Strong skills in project management, including the development and oversight of training schedules and plans.

• Previous experience with the PSRN project or similar public safety communications projects is highly desirable.

• Travel will be required to various training sites across the province to implement the PSRN solution.
