We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to support the implementation of the new Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) solution across Ontario. This role involves the development and delivery of province-wide training programs for land ambulance dispatch centers, paramedic services, and other first responder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training material to both technical and non-technical users.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions at multiple sites across the province, ensuring alignment with the PSRN solution roll-out.
Create user documentation and training materials tailored to the public sector or healthcare sector, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Manage complex training schedules for a province-wide deployment, while collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Provide feedback and training evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending further support if necessary.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within public sector environments, land ambulance dispatch centers, or paramedic services.
Proven expertise in delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Extensive experience in creating training materials and user documentation, particularly within the public sector or healthcare sector.
Strong skills in project management, including the development and oversight of training schedules and plans.
Previous experience with the PSRN project or similar public safety communications projects is highly desirable.
Travel will be required to various training sites across the province to implement the PSRN solution.
