We're looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to take charge of our clients' finance operations and align them with the strategic vision of their CEO. This leadership position calls for someone with a deep understanding of the cannabis industry—especially in areas like B300 excise stamps and regulatory compliance. General Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's financial function, ensuring full compliance with cannabis regulations and excise stamp requirements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
• Partner closely with the CEO to implement long-term financial strategies
• Maintain adherence to tax laws and financial reporting standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth

Qualifications:

• CPA designation is required
• 3–5 years of senior-level finance leadership experience in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of excise stamp workflows and cannabis compliance protocols
• Exceptional strategic thinking and financial analysis abilities
