We're looking for a visionary finance leader to help scale a fast-growing, founder-led company with a global reach — all from one of the most beautiful and livable cities in Canada: Kelowna, BC.

This isn't your typical finance role.

This is your chance to own the financial engine of a company built on momentum, transformation, and simplicity. You won't just keep the books clean — you'll shape the business. You'll bring clarity to chaos, unlock growth through automation, and build the frameworks that support scale.

As a core member of our executive team, you'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to guide financial strategy, ensure operational rigor, and scale our infrastructure.

This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow — ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to be part of something meaningful.

Strategic Finance & Forecasting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that fuel growth

Financial Operations

• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision
• Implement automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort
• Manage cash flow planning, risk assessment, and capital allocation
• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance

Systems, Controls & Scaling

• Build scalable internal controls and approval frameworks
• Drive financial software selection, implementation, and optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed finance into the business

Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performance finance function
• Be a thought partner to the CEO and executive team
• Represent finance in strategic planning and investor discussions

Required

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• CPA designation (or in-progress)
• 5–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
• Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems, and RPA tools
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• A sharp eye for compliance and detail

Preferred

• Experience with financial automation tools
• Exposure to people operations or HR collaboration
• Background in high-growth, scaling companies
