Service and Installation Technician:

Your goal in this position is to provide installation and repair with care and service that go beyond our customers' expectations. You're the go-to person for all things animal and barn related. This is no ordinary service and installation technician role; everyone is a jack of all trades. To succeed in this role, you will need to be versatile, capable of using several small power tools, and versed in basic electronic and mechanical components. If this equipment is new to you, we'll train you.

Practically speaking, your daily duties include:

  • Repairing circuit boards
  • Installing automated liquid/dry feeding systems
  • Installing ventilation and stables for the animals
  • Simple metal fabrication
  • Traveling to barns to repair installed systems
  • Maintenance of equipment

Working at DeWetering Agri:

This is a full-time permanent position. You'll work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We offer a competitive wage of $18 - $25 an hour commensurate with experience. You will be joining a small close-knit team that is dedicated to getting the job done well. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Background in tech, mechanical, agriculture, or maintenance
  • Experience working with power tools (electric screwdriver, wrench, and ratchet)
