KeyResponsibilities

EngagementManagement

  • Manageanassignedblockofclientengagements,includingcompilation,review,audit,andallrelatedcorporateandpersonaltaxfilings,whileactivelyengaginginbusinessadvisory.
  • Planengagements,superviseteams,monitorbudgets,andcommunicateresultstoclients.
  • Deliverhigh-qualityassuranceandadvisoryservices,ensuringcompliancewithprofessionalstandardsanddeadlines.
  • Ensuretimelyidentificationandresolutionofsignificantauditandaccountingissues.
  • Maintainaccurateprojectfinancialsincludingbudgets,WIP,billing,collections,andvarianceanalysis.
  • Monitortimelinesandadjustwherenecessary,keepingclientsinformedofprojectstatus.

ClientService&BusinessDevelopment

  • Buildandmaintainstrongprofessionalrelationshipswithclients,servingastheirtrustedadvisor.
  • Provideexcellentcustomerserviceandstrategicadvicebydevelopingadeepunderstandingofeachclientsbusiness,financial,andtaxaffairs.
  • Identifyopportunitiestodeliveradditionalvalueandoptimizetaxpositions,includingrecommendingcorporatereorganizationswhenadvantageous.
  • Liaisewithclientsthroughouttheyear,coordinatingengagementpreparationandfollow-up.

TechnicalExcellence

  • Provideclientswithservicessuchasfinancialstatementpreparation,financialprojections,auditsupport,andfinancialreportingtolenders.
  • Ensureallfirmpolicies,accountingandauditingstandards,andqualitycontrolrequirementsareupheld.
  • Leverageyourtechnicalexpertisetosupportengagementsandcontributetothedevelopmentofinnovativeapproachesandsolutions.

TeamLeadership&Collaboration

  • Collaboratewithassuranceandtaxteamspriortoeachengagementtoclarifyroles,riskareas,anddeadlines.
  • Reviewteammembersworkforaccuracyandcompleteness,providingconstructivefeedback.
  • Ensureengagementdocumentationiscompleteandaccuratepriortopartnerreview.
  • Providecoaching,training,andmentoringtostaffmembers,supportingtheirprofessionaldevelopmentandperformancegoals.

TaxPlanning

  • Collaboratewithourtaxspecialiststodeliverintegratedclientserviceandsupportlong-termtaxplanningstrategies.
  • Ensuretaxprovisionsareoptimizedbyevaluatingbothcorporateandpersonalcircumstances.
