About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and highly motivated Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the strategic repositioning of a world-renowned 5-star luxury resort located in one of Canada's most iconic national parks.

You will oversee all Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Public Relations, and Conference Services functions, with a focus on digital leadership, team development, and repositioning the resort as a premier, year-round destination for affluent travelers. This is a unique chance to blend luxury hospitality leadership with a lifestyle rooted in natural beauty, adventure, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue, and Conference Services teams to exceed revenue and positioning goals.

  • Collaborate with regional DOSMs and external tourism/destination partners.

  • Drive digital marketing strategies, content creation, social presence, and campaign alignment.

  • Oversee the integration and launch of new wellness/lifestyle offerings as part of the resort's repositioning.

  • Champion Transient segment growth and group sales development.

  • Maintain ownership communications, reporting, budget oversight, and performance analysis.

  • Ensure brand standards and elevate the property's presence across paid, owned, and earned media.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven leadership as Director or Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing in luxury hospitality.

  • Resort or remote destination experience strongly preferred.

  • Digital marketing and content strategy experience essential.

  • Deep understanding of Group, Transient, Consortia, and Tour/FIT market segments.

  • Data-driven, creative, and team-focused leader with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to live onsite or relocate to a remote mountain destination.
