As a UX/UI Designer, this role combines user experience strategy, interface design, and low-code development to create high-impact digital experiences across a variety of platforms. While many designs will be implemented in Webflow, others may be used in different applications and development environments. Were looking for someone who can confidently shape user journeys, craft polished and accessible visual designs, and ideally bring them to life in Webflow when appropriate. This is a cross-functional role that bridges UX thinking with UI execution and, when possible, hands-on implementationwhile also supporting process improvement, client collaboration, and internal knowledge sharing.

UX Strategy & Experience Design Responsibilities:

  • Translate research findings and business needs into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and information architecture.
  • Contribute to stakeholder interviews, UX workshops, and documentation of strategic insights.
  • Produce sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that communicate intent and support design alignment.
  • Ensure that design solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with technical feasibility.

UI Design & Visual Execution Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned high-fidelity mockups based on wireframes and UX input.
  • Contribute custom illustrations, interactive concepts, and visual storytelling elements.
  • Maintain high visual quality and consistency across deliverables and teams.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, PMs, and strategists to deliver design solutions that meet project goals.

Webflow Development & Low-Code Implementation Responsibilities:

  • Translate designs into functional, high-performing Webflow websites.
  • Build and maintain reusable Webflow component libraries to streamline development.
  • Integrate design and technical requirements in collaboration with UX and development teams.
  • Advocate for efficient low-code workflows, identifying when Webflow can replace traditional front-end development.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing Responsibilities:

  • Document and improve internal Webflow practices, design-to-dev handoff processes, and UX frameworks.
  • Lead or participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal workflow enhancements.
  • Systematize design and UX assets such as Figma kits, presentation templates, and process documentation.

Client Collaboration & Presentation Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain UX and UI decisions to clients through annotated mockups, Loom videos, and working sessions.
  • Align client expectations with innovative design solutions by clearly communicating tradeoffs and recommendations.
  • Support project planning by scoping and staging deliverables in line with timelines and budgets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Hold or actively work towards obtaining Webflow certification to enhance skills and align with industry standards.
  • Ensure the quality of work delivered meets or exceeds client expectations on all projects and support tasks.
  • Occasionally assist with presentations, newsletters, social media content, and web updates as needed.
  • Proactively engage in self-directed learning to stay current on systems, tools, and relevant technologies used by the company.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Note on Hiring:

We are currently hiring two UX/UI Designers for this roleone full-time and one contract position. If youre strong in two out of the three key areas (UX strategy, UI design, and/or Webflow implementation), we still encourage you to apply. Were open to shaping the role around the right person and their strengths.
