About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to support our property operations team while our founder is temporarily out of the city. This is a short-term, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform property checks and ensure units are guest-ready
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and delivery teams
Greet or assist guests during check-in or check-out if needed
Handle last-minute guest needs (extra towels, small errands, etc.)
Report any issues at the properties promptly
Assist with inventory restocking and basic unit upkeep
Take photos or videos of units for documentation or marketing
Requirements:
Based in Toronto with access to a vehicle (or reliable transportation)
Strong communication and time management skills
Tech-savvy and able to use messaging apps, Google Drive, etc.
Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, or property management is a plus
Available to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
