DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Reliability Engineering team with data entry, trend analysis, and tracking of action items.
  • Strong organizational skills, experience with CMMS systems (such as SAP, Maximo, or CMMS+), and a keen eye for detail.
  • Receive and distribute equipment inspection reports, upload to EDMS (electronic document management system – ALIM).
  • Document Controller for Maintenance and Reliability procedures, standards, guidelines, etc. using EDMS. Maintain metadata, upload revisions, report expired documents, upload UOMR, COMR, GOV, etc.
  • Update and maintain departmental documents using Sharepoint, ensure security permissions are accurate, native and pdf files are current.
  • Create annual and as-needed SOW/PO using Fieldglass; uplift budget amounts, track end dates, ensure SOW workers are linked, reporting, etc.
  • Process invoices manually from TSSA, code to appropriate cost center/WO, investigate outstanding invoices, overdue payments, etc.
  • Prepare monthly Stewardship presentation, track compliance and completeness.
  • Onboarding/offboarding new employees/contractors to Suncor Sarnia site; safety training, computer access, IT guidance, security exemptions, safety clothing requirements, etc.
  • Liaison between BASES for safety training, registration, reporting, updating records.
  • Order stationary supplies and printer paper, as required.
  • Arrange meeting and meal requirements, as required.
  • Provide TA prep assistance, as required using SAFQE database (Suncor App for Quality Exhibits)

PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant operations environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot work priorities with short notice and be flexible with changing work demands.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably within a reliability or maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, etc.).
  • Experienced with computerized Document Management systems, revision control, workflows, metadata updates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Full time position to start, then leading into part time in the new year (Part time schedule will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday.)
  • May be required to wear PPE during plant visits.
