Kerr's Chain Saw Ltd. is currently seeking an interested candidate to join our team. The successful candidate should be personable, accept responsibility, be bondable, and eager to learn. They must show initiative, be able to work under limited supervision, and have strong computer skills. We offer competitive wages and medical benefits. Responsibilities:

• Sell merchandise to customers over the counter, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Provide technical support on product selection and application.
• Maintain and create merchandise displays.
• Maintain inventory controls.
• Provide customer feedback to management in a timely fashion.
• Assist with processing orders, packing boxes, and preparing for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
• Provide backup support for the Parts counter.
• Engage in online marketing.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Salesperson/clothing experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of powersport products is an asset.
• Ability to do light to moderate lifting.
• Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and be flexible.
• Possesses strong relationship-building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Practice excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Willingness to gain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Being bilingual is a definite asset.
