Our client, a global innovative software company is looking for a legal counsel to join its exceptional team as the business continues to grow. This role is a 12-14 month contract with potential to become full-time (note: applicants for a full-time position may also be considered). The ideal candidate will be a business minded lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in IT law gained in-house and/or at a law firm (min. 2 years' in-house experience with SaaS/software preferred).
Reporting to the General Counsel, main duties include negotiating and drafting major technology contracts focusing on SaaS and other software licensing agreement.
