Summary:

Title: Claims Representative 1 Auto

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Mississauga, ON Hybrid (2 days per week in person)

Target Start Date: September 2025

Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:

  • Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement.
  • Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims.
  • Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries.
  • Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims.

Education/Knowledge - You:

  • High School Diploma
  • You have a desire to grow an education by working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses.
  • Nice to have (but not required):
    • Having a post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset.

Experience (Professional, Academic, Personal) - You:

  • Experience in insurance or a related client service focused field.
