O2E Brands is looking for a rockstar Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team! As part of the Business Technology team, As a Senior Salesforce developer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, design scalable workflows, and optimize system performance. Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, improving platform functionality, and contributing to the success of Salesforce initiatives across the organization.

???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENTVancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

???? A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage and configure core Salesforce platform features, including user permissions, flows (including Flow Orchestration), reports, dashboards, and record types. Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, JavaScript, and other modern technologies
  • Help develop best practices in Salesforce usage.
  • Assist with selecting, solutioning, and implementing new Salesforce related technology solutions.
  • Creating integration and development plans that provide scope and timeline for Development.
  • Understand the ALM and CI process using GIT, branching, merging, deployments, etc.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools like sDocs, and other APIs to enhance business processes
  • Work closely with Business Analysts on interpreting functional requirements.
  • Participation in sprint, design review, scrum, and cycle debrief sessions using and maturing agile, Scrum, and other short order development methodologies.

???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), including Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, and Mobile configuration
  • Proficient with Salesforce declarative tools: Flows (including Flow Orchestration), Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Security Model
  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools such as sDocs, DocuSign
  • Strong background in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SmartConnect), and third-party apps
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment strategies using Gearset, Change Sets, and Data Loader
  • Familiarity with modern Salesforce features like Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Orchestration, and Einstein AI
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience in Agile development environments with version control (e.g., Git) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $110,000 to $132,000 per annum
(Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
