Customer Service Representative – Full-Time
We are a large and rapidly expanding fundraising company with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States, proudly representing some of the most respected charitable organizations. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our professional team.
This is a full-time, in person position with guaranteed fixed salary rates. This is not a commission-only role. We provide full paid training to ensure every team member is confident and prepared from day one. Hours of work are Monday to Friday – no weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate information about services and programs to clients and the public
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions
Stay informed on all service updates and campaign developments
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events
Process customer orders and follow up as required
Make outbound calls and follow up with clientele
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement new customer outreach and marketing strategies
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership opportunities
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
