We're looking for a driven and confident salesperson — male or female — to handle in-person home assessments and close insulation sales on the spot.
You'll be assigned qualified leads. Your job is to:
Show up on time
Assess the home's insulation condition (training provided)
Recommend solutions
Close the deal while you're there
You must be comfortable speaking with homeowners, explaining the value, and asking for the sale.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission
OR
Commission-Only (Higher Payouts)
Company vehicle available (optional) – reflected in compensation
Requirements:
Sales experience (door-to-door, in-home, or field sales preferred)
Fluent in English (second language is a plus)
Reliable transportation (if not using our vehicle)
Must be available to travel to 2–8 appointments per day
Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales system
