Director of Finance / Senior Controller
Based in the Lower Mainland, our client is busy consumer goods manufacturing company with national distribution and they are looking for an CPA to oversee and run the finance / accounting department and be a part of the senior leadership team of the organization.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations as a hands on leader
• Oversee monthly close process
• Design and maintain operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and communicate financial and operational performance.
• Oversee payroll operations to ensure all employees are compensated accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• As part of the SLT, partner with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial expertise and process improvement support.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of financial and operational data across departments to support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Other as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation
• 5-7 years of progressive financial leadership experience in consumer goods manufacturing
• Experience with ERP implementation required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of cost accounting, KPI development and dashboard creation.

Target salary in the 130 -160,000 range
