The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking a Residential Site Supervisor to assist the Company's fence installation/construction team.
The site supervisor is a key team member for the successful construction of a safe and high quality fence installation project. Projects will be mainly located in GTA and surrounding area; therefore, some travel is required.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist to schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with project coordinator and installation manager during the life of the project.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations, quality control, etc.
• Monitor progress on sites – monthly and biweekly reporting.
• Collaborate and liaise with client – as intermediary between client and our team.
• ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and underground locates when required.
• Perform initial site inspection and routine site visits to monitor construction progress, schedule, and general compliance with contract and construction requirements.
• Work alongside Installation Manager and Sales Team.
• Maintain all drawing logs, correspondence of projects.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of site supervisor experience an asset.
• Education in construction management / project management an asset.
• CET an asset.
• Thorough understanding of the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislations and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skill both verbal and written.
• Dynamic mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
• Ability to read auto cad drawings and plans.
