ABOUT THE ROLE
We are partnering with a well-established plumbing and mechanical company to hire a full-time Service Plumber for commercial and industrial work. This hands-on role is ideal for a licensed plumber or 4th-year apprentice who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Youll be responsible for performing service, repairs, and installations on plumbing systems across commercial and industrial sites in Southern Ontario. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems for commercial and industrial properties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to building codes and company standards
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism on job sites
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Plumber (306A) or 4th-year Apprentice in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
