Project Coordinator & Estimator

What you will do as an Project Coordinator & Estimator:
- Post sale customer interaction.
- Oversee projects from Initiation Phase to Closure Phase
- Get thorough understanding of Amico product lines and assist internal team when required
- Working directly with sales, production and customer service.
- Handling multiple Orders at one time.
- Creating submittal packages to release order to production.
- Follow up with customer to determine status of Submittal information.
- Assist Sales with Quotation & Estimating process, updating quotes with product changes.
- Maintain customer relations through excellent customer service.
- Prepare changes to cost estimates and extras.
- Coordinate in-house orders and prepare progress schedules.
- On-going support for day-to-day orders activities.
- Co-ordinate internal meetings and noting Minutes of Meeting as required
- Coordinate with shipping team to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare project-based wiring drawings, ceiling layouts of fixtures using AutoCAD
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
- Ability to multi-task and facilitate numerous orders at one time.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, self-dedicated, and result oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience working with an ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
