Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully lead and develop a high performing, growth-oriented engineering team
  • Help lead system design and architecture and lead implementation of technical strategy
  • Be the strategic leader driving our technical direction
  • Partner with product management to define and implement a product roadmap and set the priority of new products and features
  • You will be hands on with architecture, design and engineering that will enable the business to scale globally
  • Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems with the different platforms in all environments
  • Work with an entrepreneurial mindset and laser focus on problem solving, managing deliverables and deployments

Required Skills for Success:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Well-respected technology leader with 8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with a servant leadership approach
  • Experience and a proven track record of building and leading inclusive and engaged engineering teams in a remote-first environment
  • Driven to support the growth of individuals, managers, and engineering teams through thoughtful career guidance in a transparent, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledgeable of system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology
  • Experienced in multiple frameworks/languages including: Python, Django, Angular, React, Linux, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Experience working with and implementing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in agile environments, and is driven to ship frequently

Anticipated Salary Range: The anticipated range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000 annually. The final offer will consider factors such as your expertise, role alignment, and internal equity.
