What You'll Do

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our new clients. You'll guide them through the initial setup process, ensure they understand our services, and provide a warm, welcoming experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and guiding new clients through the onboarding process

• Scheduling and leading virtual welcome calls

• Explaining policy details and answering client questions

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Following up to ensure satisfaction and understanding

• Providing ongoing support during the first 30 days of the client journey

We're seeking someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented

• Detail-focused and highly organized

• An excellent communicator (verbal and written)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, CRMs, email, etc.)

• Able to work independently and as part of a virtual team

• Motivated to help people and make a difference

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or administrative roles

• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge

• Bilingual skills (not required but appreciated!)
