What You'll Do:

• Reconcile and process full-cycle payroll and prepare payrolls journal entries
• Create timekeeping and payrolls materials such as SOPs and tutorials to present to employees as well as facilitate training sessions
• Support HR with onboarding, benefits, and RRSP administration
• Administer the company RRSP program
• Yearly T4 and vacation pay reconciliations, WCB and EHT filings
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Act as the point of contact for all internal payroll queries

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• PCP Certification (candidates that are partially through the process can be considered)
• Degree or Certificate in Payroll, Accounting, or other relevant field
• Strong knowledge of BC ESA and CRA
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP preferred)
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce strongly desired
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
