Part-Time Receptionist (Permanent – 20–24 Hours/Week)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3–7 PM | Saturday 9–4 PM

In this key front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients—creating a warm and polished welcome that reflects the luxury, innovation, and prestige of the BMW brand.

What You'll Do

Client Welcome & Support

• Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide information, answer questions, and direct clients to the appropriate department to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Administrative Coordination

• Manage appointment scheduling and client records.
• Handle general correspondence and provide light administrative support to the team.

Showroom Experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and showroom space in line with BMW standards.
• Enhance each visit by offering refreshments and anticipating client needs.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a consistent, client-first approach.
• Communicate effectively to support a seamless operational flow.
