We are looking for Red Seal & Apprentice HVAC Technicians who are hard working individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of this role!

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair heat pump systems (residential and commercial)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures in equipment
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coils, and testing system performance
• Complete service records accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with customers and administrative staff
• Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on job sites
• Can handle medium to heavy equipment
• Ensure compliance with local and national refrigeration codes
• Follow safety procedures and protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean abstract
• Experience as a Refrigeration Technician (2+ years preferred)
• Apprentice or Red Seal HVAC/R license
• Safety certifications are an asset (First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, etc)
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Understands the importance of customer service
