???? What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead projects through all phases: from functional programming to contract administration

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, building lasting partnerships

  • Prepare detailed architectural documentation using tools like Revit, Bluebeam, and dRofus

  • Facilitate internal coordination and mentor junior staff

  • Contribute to strategic planning, quality control, and performance tracking (KPIs, timelines, budgets)

  • Engage in regulatory processes, including capital planning submissions and code compliance

  • Deliver sustainable solutions aligned with LEED, Zero Carbon, and WELL principles

  • Support business development efforts through high-impact presentations and reporting

???? Qualifications & Skills???? Education & Licensing
  • Licensed Architect with the OAA or Intern member in progress

  • LEED, PMP, EDAC, or Lean certifications are strong assets

  • Valid driver's license required

????️ Technical & Sector Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience with healthcare and lab architecture

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare building typologies and project delivery (including P3 models)

  • Experience working on public/private healthcare, hospital facilities, or medical labs

  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, dRofus

  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Project, and Miro (a plus)
