Lead projects through all phases: from functional programming to contract administration
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, building lasting partnerships
Prepare detailed architectural documentation using tools like Revit, Bluebeam, and dRofus
Facilitate internal coordination and mentor junior staff
Contribute to strategic planning, quality control, and performance tracking (KPIs, timelines, budgets)
Engage in regulatory processes, including capital planning submissions and code compliance
Deliver sustainable solutions aligned with LEED, Zero Carbon, and WELL principles
Support business development efforts through high-impact presentations and reporting
Licensed Architect with the OAA or Intern member in progress
LEED, PMP, EDAC, or Lean certifications are strong assets
Valid driver's license required
5-7 years of experience with healthcare and lab architecture
Strong knowledge of healthcare building typologies and project delivery (including P3 models)
Experience working on public/private healthcare, hospital facilities, or medical labs
Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, dRofus
Familiarity with SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Project, and Miro (a plus)
Confident communicator and facilitator
Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities
Able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction
Receptive to feedback, coachable, and collaborative
