The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. As the Inbound Sales Representative, you will be working with our ecommerce platform, TruPar, which is revolutionizing how the material handling industry sources parts by merging cutting edge tech with a human touch. The successful candidate will learn industry-leading sales techniques, allowing them to progress their sales career within our organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Inbound Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Be the first point of contact for inbound sales leads from phone, chat, and email requests
• Respond to form submissions and deliver accurate quotes to customers efficiently
• Guide customers in identifying the correct parts and upsell where appropriate
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Account Executives, assign strategic opportunities to Account Executives
• Maintain ongoing relationships with repeat customers
• Maintain accurate information in CRM with clear notes and timely updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
• Experience working with an ecommerce platform and/or CRM is an asset
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• A coachable mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

The base pay for this role is: $45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $60,000-$65,000.

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, British Columbia.
