About the Role:

Reporting

The Sales Representative reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Effectively present, promote, and sell products and services by providing clear and completing guidance to both existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new potential external customers, establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer concerns and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Promote and identify new opportunities to solicit new and existing clients.
  • Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum (internal program).
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow up on invoicing activities as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in leasing or related field required.
  • Aviation industry experience is considered an asset.
