Position Summary

Your primary role will be to connect with individuals who are seeking private surgery options in Canada. You will be responsible for managing Inbound and outbound sales, generating leads and educating potential patients on our services, understanding their specific needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting the right surgical solution by working closely with healthcare providers and surgical teams. The ideal candidate is someone with strong sales and business development skills, who can establish trust and build meaningful relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales – Patient Engagement & Support

  • Patient Communication & Support: Act as the first point of contact, providing compassionate, clear guidance on private surgical options, including procedures, risks, benefits, and recovery.
  • Sales & Scheduling Coordination: Manage the full patient journey from inquiry to consultation, including surgery scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Relationship & Trust Building: Develop long-term relationships with patients by offering consistent, accurate information and addressing their concerns.
  • Collaboration with Medical Teams: Work closely with medical staff and internal teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Follow-Up & Performance Monitoring: Regularly follow up with patients, support satisfaction, and track metrics like service uptake and engagement in Hubspot (CRM).
  • Referral Management & Learning: Handle incoming referrals efficiently and stay informed on surgical services and best practices.

Outbound Sales – Growth & Outreach

  • Lead & Referral Generation: Identify potential patients and referral sources through cold calls, emails, social media, and community outreach.
  • Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, acting as a key contact to streamline referral processes.
  • Ethical Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
  • Brand Representation: Promote services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum University graduate in business, health sciences, or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years proven experience in inside and outside sales with a focus on business development and consultative selling preferably within the healthcare or surgical services industry. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and provide them with the necessary information.
  • Empathy and Compassion: A genuine interest in patient well-being and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ethical decision making: Demonstrated ability for logical and ethical decision-making.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients, ensuring a positive experience and continued relationship.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple patients' needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage leads and patient interactions.
