OverviewWe are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, the successful candidate will report into the Director, Digital Experience and will work within the marketing group on the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives. This includes project planning and executional support and with some level of reporting on day-to-day metrics related to websites, e-marketing campaigns, webinars and other digital initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Receive and review digital marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with stakeholders including legal and compliance departments and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with various business units in support of all their digital marketing requirements, owning and project managing committed deliverables through our workflow management platforms from development through to delivery.
  • Identify and create opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across all digital channels that have personalize journeys and leverage data-driven insights to achieve targeted goals.
  • Responsible for ongoing governance of website content for accuracy and facilitating update requests to ensure content and resources are kept up to date.
  • Pull campaign measurement metrics and support the successful execution of assigned initiatives against key milestones to optimize strategies.
  • Support the execution of web, email and social campaigns and the tracking towards the business KPIs.

What You Will Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots and envision the ‘big picture'.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
  • Ability to quickly understand business and technical context in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management and risk management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees in all levels across the organization.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • "Embrace the Unknown" ability - Desire to continually learn and explore new tools, concepts and ideas and then share them with the rest of the team.
  • An understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry.
