The Role of HR Resource Planner
The position of HR Resource Planner is an office-based role. You will plan calendars and confirm appointments for a dedicated team of HR Consultants in line with the defined priorities and targets. Minimize travel through effective Geographical Planning. Ensure all cancellations are backfilled as a priority to ensure productivity of the Consultant is not adversely affected.
You will be expected to work from Monday to Friday. Your regular working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., although applicants will need to be flexible as the needs of the business can change based on our client volume. There is significant potential for upward mobility for successful hires.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule HR Consultations with meetings
- Schedule the F2F HR meetings with clients and manage travel when required
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to book HR meetings and service reviews
- Ensure Consultant's Schedules are confirmed 2 weeks ahead in line with agreed targets
- Ensure critical clients are planned first and backfilled to maximize productivity
- Ensure cancelled appointments are backfilled as a priority
- Reschedule cancelled appointments for next available date
- Manage consultancy availability 4 weeks ahead to fully understand capacity to be planned
- Ensure all holidays (including bank holidays) training, vacations and birthdays are scheduled in Consultant's calendar to ensure no conflict in scheduling appointments

Education/Experience
- 1 to 2 years of previous Scheduling/resource planning experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years customer service experience
