  • Handle invoice distribution, cheque preparation, and payment follow-ups

  • Play a key role in month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Help maintain and reconcile financial schedules to keep accounts healthy and audit-ready

  • Post vehicle inventory transactions, dealer trades, aftermarket sales, and more

  • Support audit and compliance processes, including RICS and internal reviews

  • Conduct financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting to support strategic decisions

  • Continuously improve processes and offer new ideas to enhance financial operations

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A degree or diploma in Accounting

  • Hands-on accounting experience in the automotive or dealership sector

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), along with solid skills in other office tools

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

  • A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working as part of a team and stepping up when needed

  • A mindset for continuous improvement and the confidence to challenge the status quo

Why You'll Love It Here:

If you're someone who enjoys finding better ways to do things, thrives on accuracy, and values teamwork, this is your kind of role. We're looking for someone who's ready to learn, grow, and make a difference.
